Orbit mission
Stop flying the same orbit 12 times to get one clean pass. Drop a point on the address, set the radius and altitude, and Muninn flies the listing for you — so every shot is framed identically, every time.
Why Muninn
Orbit mission parameters are saved. Re-fly the exact same pass at a different time of day to get a golden-hour version of the mid-morning shoot.
Stack a 40m orbit with an 80m one in the same mission. Get the street-level approach AND the neighborhood reveal in a single battery.
Every waypoint points its camera at the structure you picked. No gimbal keyframing, no yaw curves to debug.

FAQ
Only if you're paid for the work or flying commercially. Hobbyist real estate (your own listing, no compensation) is recreational. Otherwise yes — FAA Part 107 is required for paid real estate shoots in the U.S.
30-60m AGL covers most single-family homes with good context. Higher (80-120m) suits estates and acreage. Stay under 120m to comply with Part 107.
Air 3 / 3S, Mini 3 / 4 Pro, Mavic 3 — any WPML-compatible DJI. Older drones export via Litchi CSV. Mini 4 Pro is the sweet spot for weight-class and image quality.
