How to fly it

Questions we hear

What accuracy can I expect?

With GCPs + PPK/RTK drone: 2-3cm horizontal, 3-5cm vertical. Without GCPs: 30-100cm absolute, 2-5cm relative. Good enough for grading and volumetrics; not for property boundaries.

Do I need an RTK drone?

No for relative accuracy. Yes for absolute accuracy without GCPs. Matrice 350 RTK + P1 is the reference platform; Mavic 3 Enterprise RTK is the consumer-grade option.

Can the output go into a licensed surveyor's workflow?

Yes — Muninn exports GeoTIFF orthophotos and LAS point clouds that every major survey package ingests (QGIS, ArcGIS, CloudCompare, Trimble Business Center).
