Area mission — fast coverage
After a storm, the first 48 hours matter. Draw the property, fly a quick coverage grid, and you've got geotagged, timestamped aerials of the whole parcel — before the adjuster even arrives.
Why Muninn
DJI drones embed lat/lon/altitude/timestamp in every JPG. Muninn's mission plan gets you systematically over every corner of the property.
Rural properties often exceed a single battery. Muninn splits automatically with battery-safe breakpoints so no gap is missed.
If a baseline mission exists (say, quarterly rural property docs), post-storm imagery can be compared apples-to-apples against the pre-storm flight.

FAQ
Most major U.S. insurers now do. Check with the adjuster first — requirements vary (GPS metadata required, altitude caps, etc.).
If you're paid for the work, no. If it's your own property and non-commercial, yes — standard recreational flying rules apply.
After hurricanes, wildfires, or declared emergencies, FAA often issues TFRs for drone operations. Always check NOTAMs + TFRs before flying. Muninn's airspace layer covers most but not all emergency TFRs.
